Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Sales, Service Cloud is the primary skill, relevant architect level certifications required
Hands on solution building, clear technology know how, deep expertise on customization vs OOB is needed
Marketing cloud experience is also required - need to know architecture, features, OOB capabilities, product gaps
Basic working knowledge of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) is preferred.
Hands on experience with Gen AI solutions and architectures required
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
Working knowledge in data migration and integration
Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
Strategy and roadmap building for Salesforce features, functionalities, and future releases
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions primarily in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and secondary should be Marketing Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation.
Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, AI innovations, and industry trends to recommend continuous platform improvements.
Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards across Salesforce platforms and integrated systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs.
Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, administration, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Salesforce Architect-level certification(s) such as Application Architect or System Architect.
Basic working knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) is preferred.
Generic Managerial Skills If any
Excellent communication skill required to communicate with executive stakeholders and be on workshops with IT and business
Work experience in similar consulting firm is preferred
