Forward Deployed Engineer – Salesforce Agentforce | Consumer Lending

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with strong Salesforce and AI experience to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce for the consumer lending domain.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams to understand operational challenges and transform them into scalable, production-ready solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and member/customer experience across front-, middle-, and back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered agentic solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement.
• Configure and develop Agentforce agents, topics, actions, instructions, guardrails, and integrations.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
• Work with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Data Cloud/Data 360 to leverage customer and lending data.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and take successful AI solutions from prototype through production deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Build secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions suitable for enterprise financial-services environments.
• Monitor deployed solutions and continuously improve agent performance and business outcomes.
• Support CI/CD and release management using tools such as AutoRABIT.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Salesforce development/configuration experience.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong experience with Data Cloud / Data 360.
• Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise integrations.
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype/POC to production.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, automation, workflows, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking, consumer lending, financial services, or credit unions.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with AutoRABIT for Salesforce DevOps/release management.
• Experience implementing AI solutions across front-office, middle-office, and back-office operations.
• Strong understanding of lending processes such as loan origination, servicing, underwriting, collections, and member/customer support.
