We are seeking an experienced D365 Technical Consultant to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, technical development, system integrations, customizations, and enterprise application support.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and IT teams to design, develop, implement, and support scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain D365 customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations.
Work with developers and functional consultants to deliver Dynamics 365 solutions.
Develop integrations between D365 and external/enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
Perform technical analysis, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
Support application upgrades, patches, enhancements, and deployments.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and solution specifications.
Participate in code reviews and follow development and deployment standards.
Work with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and related services where applicable.
Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the application lifecycle.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with D365 development, customization, and configuration.
Strong knowledge of X++ / .NET / C# development, depending on the D365 platform.
Experience with D365 integrations and APIs.
Experience with SQL Server and database concepts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based integrations.
Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or related D365 enterprise applications.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management.
Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.
Experience with data migration and integration tools.
Experience working in a large enterprise environment.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
