Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Business Analyst with strong expertise in warehouse management, supply chain systems, integrations, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business and warehouse operations teams to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Design, configure, and support Manhattan Active WMS solutions for warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Analyze and optimize warehouse processes including receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Develop and support REST API, middleware, carrier, and enterprise system integrations.
• Perform system troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, and production support.
• Work on Manhattan ProActive customizations, enhancements, and workflow automation.
• Support process automation using tools such as Power Automate, VBA, and Velocity.
• Collaborate with business, operations, transportation, and technical teams to deliver scalable WMS solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications.
