Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Agriculture/Agri domain experience to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and end users to deliver agriculture-focused digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agri-domain products.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, farmers, agribusiness teams, and other users.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, and market requirements.
• Work closely with Agile/Scrum development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, QA, data, and business teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve agriculture operations, supply chain, crop management, farm management, or Agri-commerce processes.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure the delivered solution aligns with business objectives and Agri-domain requirements.
