Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Enterprise Architect to define and drive enterprise-wide AI architecture, strategy, and solution design. The ideal candidate will work closely with Payroll, HR, and Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and sustainable AI solutions.

The AI Enterprise Architect will provide technical leadership across AI/ML initiatives, establish architecture standards and best practices, and ensure that AI solutions align with enterprise technology strategy, security, governance, data, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise AI architecture and technology strategy across business functions
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify AI opportunities
• Design scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps
• Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, models, and frameworks for enterprise adoption
• Establish standards and best practices for AI solution architecture, integration, security, governance, and scalability
• Partner with data, engineering, security, cloud, and business teams to deliver AI initiatives
• Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with existing enterprise applications, data platforms, and systems
• Provide architectural guidance for AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, and intelligent business solutions
• Define principles for responsible AI, data privacy, security, model governance, and risk management
• Review proposed AI solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and intelligent automation
• Create architecture documentation, reference architectures, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, and development teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and AI/ML solution architecture
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, architecture patterns, and cloud platforms
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, integration, security, and governance principles
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with Payroll, HR, Finance, Data, Engineering, and Security teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and intelligent automation
• Knowledge of cloud AI services and modern AI/ML platforms
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, and security frameworks
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of data architecture and enterprise integration patterns
