Role - ServiceNow ITOM Expert
Location – Remote
Contract to Hire

Mandatory Skills:

·ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-Service Mapping (CIS-SM)

·Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

·Hands-on experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow Discovery.

·Experience developing and maintaining custom Discovery Patterns.

·Expertise in Service Mapping, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

·Experience working with MID Servers, Discovery Agents, and related ITOM components.

·Hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, including scripting, workflows, and customizations.

CERTIFICATION:

·ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-Service Mapping (CIS-SM)

·ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
