Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Ø Hands-on experience with deployment in Cloud platform (Azure), Kubernetes and docker container, Devops understanding
Ø Hands-on experience (.Net, any other application programming language)
Ø Experience with design user interfaces and navigation for shop-floor systems.
Ø Hands-on experience writing SQL queries/ stored procedures.
Ø Experience with Web services (SOAP , REST API), Understanding of (XML, JSON)
Ø Knowlwdege of Agile methodology and experience with JIRA\qTest
Ø Cloud platform (Azure, AWS), Kubernetes and docker container, Devops understanding
Ø Knowledge of SQL Server database
Ø Experience with design and build of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for one or more industry (Pharma, Auto, HiTech, Consumer) domain
Ø Experience with Opcenter or any MES Domain
Ø Experience with developing machine interfaces for MES using OPC s/w (Kepware, RSLinx..)
Ø Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Ø Customer facing experience – Good communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Ø Interacting with business users / stakeholders for gathering requirements for development of new manufacturing solutions
Ø Requirement assessment to come-up with high-level design approach in Tulip and provide effort estimates for design, build, validate and deploy.
Ø Analyzing the requirement specifications and prepare detailed technical design corresponding to the business functions.
Ø Deployment of the manufacturing solution in Opcentrer including interfaces to other systems
Ø Reviewing solution, performance monitoring.
Ø Supervising the development team and provide technical guidance on the solution approach.
Ø Installation of the code in development, Quality Assurance and Production server on schedule using the approved Installation Qualification document.
