Job Title: SAP MM Solution Architect
Job Summary:
As an SAP MM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions in the SAP Materials Management (MM) module. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful integration and optimization of the SAP MM system. This role requires a deep understanding of MM processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance on the utilization of SAP MM functionality.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into feasible SAP MM solutions.
2. Design, configure, and customize SAP MM functionalities to enhance system performance and meet business needs.
3. Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and developers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions for end-users.
5. Lead and participate in system testing and troubleshooting activities.
6. Identify and prioritize system enhancements and process improvements.
7. Provide guidance and expertise in integrating SAP MM with other modules.
8. Maintain documentation of system configurations, specifications, and user guides.
9. Stay updated with the latest SAP MM functionalities and provide recommendations on their implementation.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize SAP MM best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an SAP MM Consultant or Solution Architect.
3. Solid understanding of SAP MM module functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Extensive knowledge of SAP MM configurations and customization.
8. Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging.
9. Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
10. Knowledge of industry-specific MM best practices.
11. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
13. Project management skills and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
14. Understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes.
15. Relevant SAP certifications are highly desired.
