Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and production AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and integrate LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and inference optimization techniques.
• Develop scalable data and ML pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, training, and model deployment.
• Deploy AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Build APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, scalability, and production reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, architects, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, APIs, and MLOps.
• Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, OpenSearch, or other vector databases.
• Experience with AI agents, tool/function calling, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, security, governance, and observability.
• Experience working in Agile/enterprise environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
