Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Optimizely CMS Developer with deep expertise in Optimizely (Episerver) CMS, Content Cloud, and Experimentation platforms. In this role, you’ll architect, develop, and optimize scalable digital experiences for enterprise clients. You’ll lead A/B testing implementations, personalization strategies, and enterprise-level deployments to drive business value through data-driven decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·  8+ years of experience with Optimizely CMS (Episerver) development.

·  Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, and Optimizely SDK.

·  Hands-on experience with Optimizely Experimentation and Personalization tools.

·  Strong front-end skills: JavaScript, React/Angular, and Tailwind CSS.

·  Solid understanding of headless CMS architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs.

·  Experience with cloud hosting (Azure/AWS) and managing deployments.

·  Working knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and tools like GA4, Hotjar.

Preferred Qualifications

·  Optimizely Certified Developer (or willingness to get certified).

·  Experience with Optimizely B2B Commerce (Insite) or Order Management Systems (OMS).

·  Familiarity with CDN optimization tools like Cloudflare or Akamai.

Key Responsibilities

Optimizely CMS Development & Customization

·  Design, develop, and maintain custom Optimizely CMS (Episerver) solutions.

·  Build reusable components like widgets, blocks, templates, and dynamic content models.

·  Implement multi-site, multi-language, and headless CMS architectures.

Experimentation & Personalization

·  Set up and manage Optimizely Web Experimentation (Full Stack), Feature Flags, and A/B/n tests.

·  Design and execute AI-powered personalized user experiences.

·  Integrate Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for targeted audience segmentation.

Performance Optimization & Scalability

·  Tune page load speeds, caching strategies, and CDN configurations.

·  Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks in SQL, indexing, or caching layers.

·  Implement headless CMS setups using Next.js, React, or .NET Core.

DevOps & CI/CD

·  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

·  Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

·  Ensure zero-downtime deployments via blue-green or canary strategies.

Security & Compliance

·  Enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensure GDPR/SOC2 compliance.

·  Secure integrations and APIs against common vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQLi).
