Job Title: MES SME (Manufacturing Execution System Subject Matter Expert)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled MES SME (Engineer) to lead and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations, integrations, and optimizations across our production sites. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in MES platforms (such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or AVEVA Wonderware), and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a Subject Matter Expert for MES systems in deployment and support.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Quality) to design and implement MES solutions.
· Troubleshoot MES-related issues and ensure system uptime.
· Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture and workflows.
· Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
· 14+ years of hands-on MES experience.
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation integration.
· Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, and ERP systems.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
