Job Title: SAP FPSL Consultant Techno Functional

Job Summary:

Project Type: Critical SAP FPSL Upgrade Initiative

We are seeking experienced SAP FPSL (Financial Products Sub-Ledger) professionals—both Functional and Technical—to support a key upgrade project. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP FPSL configuration and architecture, as well as a strong understanding of financial systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of SAP FPSL solutions.

·         Configure, customize, and standardize SAP FPSL components to align with business needs.

·         Design and implement FPSL data modules, with emphasis on data modeling and financial logic.

·         Provide end-to-end support of the SAP FPSL architecture, including key components such as:

Ø  Source Data Layer (SDL)

Ø  Result Data Layer (RDL)

Ø  Calculation and Valuation Process Manager (CVPM)

·         Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams and coordinate effectively across business and IT stakeholders.

·         Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and other SAP and non-SAP systems.

·         Support interfaces and reporting frameworks, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP FIORI, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

·         Translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented language and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Proven experience with SAP FPSL or Bank Analyzer, Group Reporting, and BPC modules.

·         SAP BW development experience (including ADSO, DSO) is a must.

·         Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and Finance touch points with other SAP modules.

·         Familiarity with SAP FIORI applications and reporting tools like SAC and Analysis for Office.

·         Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in high-pressure or crisis situations.

Preferred Attributes:

·         Demonstrated ability to lead teams and take ownership of deliverables.

·         Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation or upgrade projects.

·         Capability to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional, and multi-vendor environment.
