Job Title: OpenText Consultant (Techno-Functional)

Job Summary:

Introduction: We are seeking experienced OpenText Consultants to join our ongoing project. The ideal candidates will have a techno-functional background with experience in OpenText. As an OpenText Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying system enhancements, and ensuring that the OpenText system functions more efficiently and effectively for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess business processes to understand their impact on the organization.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to optimize OpenText systems and business workflows.
• Customize and configure OpenText solutions to meet specific business needs and objectives.
• Ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or functional issues related to OpenText systems.
• Provide recommendations on best practices for utilizing OpenText features and capabilities.
• Support the deployment and integration of OpenText solutions into existing business processes.
• Assist with user training and documentation for new system implementations and enhancements.
• Stay up to date with the latest OpenText features and trends to continually improve system efficiency and functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Working with OpenText solutions in a techno-functional role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to OpenText systems.
• Ability to evaluate business needs and design solutions that improve system performance.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, or related OpenText products.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring OpenText solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OpenText integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of OpenText workflows, records management, and document management modules.
• Familiarity with cloud-based OpenText solutions or other enterprise content management systems.
