About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Consultant to spearhead AI-driven solutions, strategy, and implementation for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning (ML), deep learning, NLP, and AI architectures, coupled with a strong consulting background to drive business impact through AI innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI strategy development and execution for enterprise clients.
Design and implement AI/ML models for real-world applications, including NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
Work closely with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to translate business problems into AI solutions.
Develop AI roadmaps, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to drive adoption.
Optimize AI models for scalability, efficiency, and business impact.
Provide technical leadership in MLOps, cloud-based AI solutions, and data engineering best practices.
Stay updated on emerging AI trends, frameworks, and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.
Mentor and guide AI teams, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and strategy.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and ML frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
Strong understanding of data pipelines, big data tools (Spark, Kafka), and databases.
Proven experience in AI consulting, client management, and stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in generative AI, LLMs, and knowledge graphs.
Familiarity with AutoML, federated learning, and edge AI deployments.
Prior experience in AI strategy consulting or advisory roles.
