Job title: Oracle CCB (Customer Care and Billing) Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle CCB Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) solutions, with a deep understanding of the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle CCB modules. As an Oracle CCB Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that improve business processes, enhance customer service operations, and support billing and payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, implement, and configure Oracle CCB solutions to meet client requirements.
· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, and develop customizations.
· Provide expertise in Oracle CCB modules, including billing, payment processing, customer care, and collections.
· Lead the testing process, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the system meets functional and technical specifications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system bugs, and performance problems within Oracle CCB environments.
· Develop and deliver training to end-users and team members on Oracle CCB functionalities and best practices.
· Collaborate with Oracle CCB technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
· Ensure timely and efficient implementation of Oracle CCB projects, from planning to deployment.
· Provide post-implementation support, including system upgrades and enhancements.
· Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and updates in Oracle CCB and related technologies.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) implementation and support.
· Strong knowledge of Oracle CCB modules and related applications, including Billing, Collections, Payment Processing, and Customer Service.
· Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Suite, Oracle MDM (Master Data Management), and Oracle EBS.
· Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle CCB.
· Ability to work with SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle tools for troubleshooting and customization.
· Experience with full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Oracle CCB certifications.
· Experience with Oracle Cloud or other cloud-based utilities applications.
· Knowledge of utilities industry best practices and business processes.
· Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
