Job Title: Workday HCM Production Support Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workday HCM Production Support Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide ongoing support and maintenance for our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively for our organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide day-to-day support for all Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Time Tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors within the system, escalating to appropriate parties when necessary
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and configuration changes
- Conduct testing and validation of system updates and releases to ensure functionality meets business needs
- Assist with training and documentation for end-users on system functionality and best practices
- Maintain system security and permissions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Workday HCM certification preferred
