Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions. This position is perfect for an individual who is passionate about leveraging Oracle CC&B to enhance customer experience, billing efficiency, and overall business operations.
Oracle CC&B Implementation & Configuration:
· Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle CC&B solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
· Configure and customize Oracle CC&B modules for customer care, billing, collections, payments, and other utilities processes.
· Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle CC&B implementation and ensure successful system adoption.
Business Process Analysis & Solution Design:
· Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into Oracle CC&B solutions.
· Design business processes for customer care, billing, collections, and related functionalities to ensure operational efficiency.
System Integration & Data Management:
· Integrate Oracle CC&B with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP systems, payment gateways, and CRM platforms).
· Ensure the seamless flow of data between Oracle CC&B and other systems, handling both batch and real-time integrations.
· Manage the migration of customer data into Oracle CC&B, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Customization and Development:
· Create custom reports, dashboards, and data views within Oracle CC&B to help business leaders make informed decisions.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
· Plan, execute, and manage testing efforts (including system integration, user acceptance, and performance testing) to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle CC&B implementations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the testing phase and post-implementation.
End-User Training & Support:
· Provide training to end users and business stakeholders on how to effectively use Oracle CC&B functionalities.
· Offer post-implementation support and maintenance for Oracle CC&B systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Upgrade & Optimization:
· Manage Oracle CC&B version upgrades and ensure that new features are configured and optimized to meet business needs.
· Perform regular system health checks and apply necessary patches to ensure optimal system performance.
