Role: QA Lead (with ISO Wire payments experience)

Location: Chicago Downtown, IL (100% Onsite from Day 1)

Long Term Contract – W2 / C2C

Position Details: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with expertise in ISO Wire Payments to join our team in Chicago Downtown, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, extensive experience in ISO Wire Payments, and the ability to drive end-to-end testing strategies while closely collaborating with product teams.

Required Qualifications:

·         Need someone who has strong communication skills, comes with prior experience in this domain, who can build domain repository, test strategy, work closely with product team, lead end-end testing.

·         8-10+ years of experience in QA/Software testing, with a strong focus on ISO Wire Payments.

·         Experience working in financial services or payment processing industries.

·         Hands-on experience with test automation tools is a plus.

·         Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.

·         Strong understanding of testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

·         Experience in manual and automated testing.

·         Ability to build test plans, test cases, and test reports from scratch.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage end-to-end testing for ISO Wire Payments applications.

·         Develop and maintain a domain repository for ISO Wire Payments.

·         Define and implement test strategies to ensure product quality.

·         Work closely with product teams to align testing processes with business requirements.

·         Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution.

·         Mentor and guide QA team members to enhance testing efficiency.

·         Participate in multiple evaluation rounds, including discussions with the Product Lead.
