Role : IT Data Analyst-Ambulatory
Location : Remote
Notes: Ambulatory has a lot of work set up/done, so not as intense as building back-end models like the Market Assessment team for ex. modeled ok but not perfect
Must Have:
- Specific need in patient access (usually if resume "reads" ambulatory, patient access is a part of that - may not necessarily see it written out, but if it is then that's GREAT!)
- Not as technical as market strategy analyst requirements, but still fairly technical and needs more SQL writing experience than population health analyst
-Power BI (moving toward Power BI) and Tableau (don’t need both-if only one, PBI is preferred)
- Strong communication/ leading meetings
- Knowledge of agile environment – experience mtng consistently with stakeholders; flushing out requirements; exp. Leading projects; requirements gathering to get something moving and keep moving.
- Need to be able to build back-end solutions with ambulatory
- Scheduling; patient access problems – will be specialties in resumes
Preferred/Nice to Have:
- Data bricks exp (migrating all data from MS SQL environment to data bricks this year; there’ll be training for current workforce on data bricks. Great if ahead on this.
- Agile experience is highly preferred
