Notes: Experience with consumer journey analytics and predictive modeling is highly desirable. This is a newer group to the population health department “Consumer Experience” and requires someone who is extremely well versed in this specific environment. This person will be able to make intelligent recommendations on direction and processes supported by prior experience.

 


1-2 Analytics developer / data analyst with experience in Healthcare Consumer analytics (consumer segmentation, consumer journey metrics, marketing effectiveness, finding and receiving care) 

 

Must Haves:

  • 7-10 years of experience in healthcare analytics, particularly in consumer analytics and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience developing predictive analytics and insights into consumer behavior and engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership to define consumer experience metrics and strategies.
  • Comfort working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong statistical background or experience with predictive analytics.

Pluses:

  • Experience with consumer segmentation and journey mapping.
  • Hit Ground Running – get in and get started with initial training

Hit Ground Running: The analyst will be expected to start quickly, providing insights into consumer data and working closely with stakeholders to drive improvements.

 

Day to Day:

  • Develop consumer journey metrics and analyze consumer behavior to provide insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to track consumer experience metrics.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand business needs and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in patient engagement and consumer margin.
  • Meeting with Stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss recommendations for data output.
