Role: Enterprise Performance Healthcare Analyst (Agile)
Location: Remote
1 Analytics developer / data analyst with experience in Enterprise Performance Management (executive scorecards spanning acute, ambulatory, population health and health plan metrics)
Must Haves:
· 2-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on enterprise performance management.
· Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to manage data from multiple sources.
· Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and performance scorecards.
· Ability to work across various healthcare domains (acute, ambulatory, health plan).
· Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to senior leadership.
· Experience working in an Agile environment.
Pluses:
· Familiarity with performance management strategies in healthcare.
· Experience integrating data from various clinical, ambulatory, and health plan sources.
· Hit Ground Running – get in and get started with initial training
· Hit Ground Running: The analyst will need to hit the ground running, working with stakeholders to develop executive scorecards and performance metrics.
Day to Day:
· Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
· Analyze and integrate data from acute, ambulatory, health plan, and population health domains.
· Work closely with senior leadership to define key performance metrics.
· Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends across various healthcare domains.
· Meeting with Stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss recommendations for data
