Job Title: Product Owner (Banking Domain)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner with expertise in the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative banking products that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap for banking products.
2. Create and prioritize user stories, product backlogs, and sprint plans.
3. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership in the banking industry.
3. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
7. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
