Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SCCM & Intune Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint management solutions, ensuring seamless deployment, patching, security, and compliance across Windows and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Modern Device Management (MDM/MAM).

Key Responsibilities:

·         SCCM Administration:

• Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
• Perform OS deployment (OSD), software distribution, and patch management.
• Create, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows updates, applications, and security patches.
• Monitor SCCM infrastructure performance and troubleshoot SCCM client/server issues.

·         Microsoft Intune Administration:

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management).
• Enforce compliance policies, security baselines, and conditional access.
• Implement AutoPilot provisioning and device enrollment for Windows 10/11 and mobile devices.
• Manage configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security policies.

·         Endpoint Security & Compliance:

• Implement BitLocker, Windows Defender, ATP, and security baselines.
• Ensure device compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation for endpoints.

·         Troubleshooting & Support:

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for SCCM and Intune-related issues.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, SCCM client health, and compliance issues.
• Work closely with Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teams to resolve issues.

·         Automation & Scripting:

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of SCCM and Intune tasks.
• Optimize software deployment, patching, and reporting using automation tools.

·         Reporting & Documentation:

• Generate reports on device compliance, patch status, software inventory, and security baselines.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on SCCM & Intune configurations, SOPs, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in SCCM, Intune, and Windows endpoint management.
• Strong expertise in SCCM Current Branch, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Modern Device Management.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and MacOS device management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, Azure AD, and Conditional Access Policies.
• Hands-on experience with software packaging, patching, and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
• Understanding of BitLocker, Windows Defender ATP, EDR, and other security solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for SCCM, Intune, and endpoint-related issues.
