Job Description

Role: Veeva CRM technical
Location: Boston, MA or Charlotte, NC(Remote)

Veeva Certification is mandatory

 

·         Provide technical expertise in Veeva CRM, including integration with other systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

  • Lead the analysis of business processes and recommend technical solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Support the deployment and ongoing maintenance of Veeva CRM, ensuring the system is optimized and aligned with client needs.
  • Develop and customize Veeva CRM applications using relevant tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Veeva Align, Veeva CRM On Demand).
  • Collaborate with business users and project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Veeva CRM.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with Veeva CRM best practices, new releases, and features.

 

Qualifications:

·         Veeva CRM certification is required (e.g., Veeva CRM Consultant Certification).

·         Strong technical knowledge of Veeva CRM products and configurations.

·         Experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva Align, Veeva CRM On Demand, and related tools.

·         Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, REST, SOAP).
