Job Title: Genesys Cloud Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and integrate custom solutions with Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs.
Build automation tools and workflows to enhance operations.
Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Stay updated on new Genesys Cloud features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs.
Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Node.js, or Python.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX.
Experience with contact center operations and cloud-based services.
Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
