Job Title: SCM Business Analyst
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SCM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to optimize business processes. This role will play a critical role in driving decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain processes and systems
- Identify areas for cost reduction, process optimization, and efficiency improvements
- Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies to enhance supply chain operations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or business analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain management software, and business intelligence tools
