Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role demands a proven leader with a comprehensive understanding of the Dynamics CRM ecosystem, along with the ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless deployment of customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, deep technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead and manage all phases of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects, from initial scoping and planning to final delivery and post-deployment support.
    • Develop detailed project timelines, resource allocation plans, and milestones to ensure timely, within-budget project completion.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Team Coordination and Management:
    • Oversee a team of consultants, developers, business analysts, and other technical experts, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure that the CRM solution aligns with organizational goals.
    • Prepare and present regular project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to executive leadership and client teams.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Proactively identify project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and adjusting project plans to address unforeseen challenges.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within the agreed-upon budget.
  • Technical Oversight:
    • Provide guidance and technical leadership on Microsoft Dynamics CRM best practices, configuration, customization, and integration.
    • Ensure the implementation of high-quality, scalable solutions, conducting thorough testing and quality assurance prior to deployment.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, resource allocation charts, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
    • Track project financials, ensuring costs align with the budget and provide regular financial status updates.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Certifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 certifications) preferred.
    • PMP or other relevant project management certifications highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10+ years in project management, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
    • Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle for Dynamics CRM, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including configuration, customization, integration, and administration.
    • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to drive change and innovation while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
