Job Title: Technical Consultant Oracle Utility CCS
Job Summary:
The Technical Consultant Oracle Utility CCS will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the Oracle Utility Customer Care and Billing system (or similar CIS/Billing systems). This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for CIS/Billing system implementations.
2. Design and develop technical solutions to meet client needs, including system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
3. Implement and configure Oracle Utility CCS (or similar CIS/Billing systems) according to client specifications.
4. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and functionality.
5. Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of the CIS/Billing system.
6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Utility Customer Care and Billing system (or similar CIS/Billing systems).
3. Strong technical skills in database management, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and XML.
4. Experience with system integrations and customizations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of utility industry practices and regulations is a plus.
