Role: Veeva CRM Technical Consultant
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and customize Veeva CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and manage integrations between Veeva CRM and other enterprise systems.
Support data migration, validation, and cleansing processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Veeva CRM applications.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in CRM implementation.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Veeva CRM configuration, customization, and administration.
Expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, etc.).
Experience with Veeva Vault, MyInsights, and Veeva Network is a plus.
Knowledge of data migration, integration tools (Mulesoft, Informatica), and APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
