Role: SAP S/4HANA Make Data Migration Functional Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Make Data Migration Functional Analyst to lead the data migration activities for manufacturing, production, and shop floor execution processes. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP, PP-PI, QM, MES) and supply chain-related data migration, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), Work Centers, Routings, Production Orders, and Quality Management data. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure a smooth and accurate transition of manufacturing data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage manufacturing and production-related data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
· Define and implement data migration strategies for BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, Quality Inspection Plans, Control Keys, and Material Master data.
· Work closely with business users and functional teams to understand requirements, define data mapping rules, and ensure seamless integration.
· Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading (ETL) for manufacturing-related data using SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, LTMC, BODS, IDocs, and other data migration tools.
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
· Support data cutover planning and execution, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, collaborating with technical and functional teams.
· Document data migration processes, mappings, business rules, and validation criteria.
· Provide training and support to business users on manufacturing master and transactional data structures in SAP S/4HANA.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects, focusing on manufacturing and production-related data.
· Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP, PP-PI, QM, MES) and supply chain processes.
· Hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools (SAP BODS, Migration Cockpit, LSMW, LTMC, IDocs).
· Experience in ETL processes, SQL, data transformation, and cleansing techniques.
· Solid understanding of manufacturing master and transactional data, including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Quality Management.
· Experience with SAP PP/PP-PI and integration with QM, MM, and MES systems.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within an Agile or SAP Activate methodology framework.
