Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance & A2R (Acquire-to-Retire) Consultant with expertise in Financial Ledger (FL), General Ledger (GL), and Project Accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing A2R processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration with financial and asset management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI-GL, FI-AA, CO-PA, and Project Systems).

·         Gather and analyze business requirements related to A2R (Acquire-to-Retire), including asset accounting, depreciation, and financial reporting.

·         Ensure smooth integration of GL, FL, and Asset Accounting (AA) with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD, PS).

·         Conduct data migration, reconciliation, and validation for financial ledgers and assets.

·         Design and implement global chart of accounts and multi-ledger accounting structures.

·         Configure New GL with document splitting, parallel ledgers, and profit center accounting.

·         Optimize financial close processes, including period-end and year-end closing.

·         Implement financial reporting solutions using SAP Fiori, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, and SAP BPC.

·         Configure Asset Accounting (FI-AA) including asset capitalization, depreciation, retirements, and transfers.

·         Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory reporting requirements.

·         Optimize A2R lifecycle processes, including asset procurement, tracking, and disposal.

·         Support integration of asset accounting with Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM).

·         Configure and support Project Systems (PS) for capital and operational projects.

·         Design WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), network activities, and settlement processes.

·         Ensure proper allocation of costs to projects and revenue recognition compliance.

·         Support internal order settlements and project reporting in SAP.

·         Provide end-user training on finance and A2R processes.

·         Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and system workflows.

·         Ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS, and internal audit requirements.
