Job Summary:
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Test Architect with experience to lead and enhance our performance testing capabilities within the utilities domain. This role requires a deep understanding of ADMS systems, outage management systems, and the specific performance challenges faced by utility companies. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader capable of providing guidance and hands-on support.
• At least 13+ years’ experience in Performance testing and Engineering, Monitoring, Analysis, excellent reporting and troubleshooting skills.
• Sound knowledge in Load runner, JMeter, Java / Python, Datadog, Splunk, Eggplant
• Experience in programming languages and exposure to automated frameworks (Katalon, Python)
• Experience in
o System Architecture Analysis (Cluster/Containers/Node)
o Application, Code, DB Profiling
o Monitoring & Traces
o Memory, GC, Heap, Thread Dump Analysis
o Fix Recommendation for Perf Tuning w/ more insights
o Chaos / Resiliency Testing
o User Session, Transaction Analysis - WLM
o Monitoring & Alerts for Server Utilization
o Crash Diagnostics & Stability Assessment – Log Analysis
o Capacity Upgrade and sizing analysis
• Excellent Client liaison skills for leading and driving the Performance Engineering track
• Coordination with multivendor teams’ environment for performance defect tracking, analysis, and track to closure
• Experience in Performance Testing of ADMS, SCADA, DMS, IVR, outage calls and restoration
