Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Designer/Consultant with expertise in Oracle Utility Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the business needs of our clients in the utility sector.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective solutions using Oracle WACS
- Design functional specifications, business process models, and system configurations
- Configure and customize the Oracle WACS platform to meet client needs
- Provide training and support to end users on the Oracle WACS platform
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle WACS solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in Oracle WACS
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Functional Designer/Consultant in Oracle Utility Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)
- Strong understanding of utility industry processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Oracle certification in WACS is a plus
