Job Title: Veeva eTMF Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Veeva eTMF Developer & Engineer to design, configure, and maintain Veeva Vault eTMF solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva Vault configuration, system integration, and technical support to ensure seamless document management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain the Veeva eTMF (Electronic Trial Master File) system.
• Support business users in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and resolving system errors.
• Work on system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical trial documentation standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and improvements.
• Provide training and documentation for end users.

Requirements:.

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with system integrations and API usage.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance and validation processes.
