Job Description

Job Title: Looker Trainer & Adoption Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Looker Trainer & Adoption Coach to train our team on how to effectively use Looker for data analytics and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Looker, as well as experience in coaching and mentoring others to drive user adoption and maximize the benefits of the platform.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on how to use Looker for data visualization, reporting, and analysis

- Coach and mentor team members on best practices for utilizing Looker to drive data-driven decision making

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop customized training programs

- Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation of Looker

- Stay current on updates and new features of Looker to continuously improve training programs and user experience

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- 3+ years of experience working with Looker or a similar BI tool

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proven track record of driving user adoption and success with Looker or similar tools

- Certification in Looker or relevant BI tools is a plus
