Job Title: Citrix Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Citrix Administrator to join our IT team. The Citrix Administrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Citrix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install, configure, and manage Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
- Implement security best practices to protect Citrix environments from cyber threats
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support end-users and resolve technical issues
- Upgrade and patch Citrix software to keep systems up to date
- Create and maintain documentation for Citrix environment configuration and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Citrix technologies
- Solid understanding of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
