Job Title: Java Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Architect to design, develop, and oversee Java applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java programming language and architecture, as well as experience in leading teams and guiding projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Designing and developing Java-based applications, frameworks, and systems.
2. Leading a team of developers in implementing best practices and standards in Java programming.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical solutions.
4. Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
5. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
6. Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to improve development processes.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Java applications.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Java Architect or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystem.
4. Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and architectural principles.
5. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.
6. Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
