Job Title: Techno-Functional Service Now Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Service Now Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Service Now solutions to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Service Now, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions to support business processes.

- Customize Service Now applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards in Service Now.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Service Now applications.
- Conduct testing and debugging of Service Now solutions.
- Train end-users on how to use Service Now applications effectively.
- Stay current on new Service Now features and functionality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Now Developer.
- Service Now certifications are a plus.
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Service Now development tools such as Studio and ATF.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
