Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, answering customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems

- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or IT specialists for further assistance

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system

- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments in the industry

Qualifications and Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
