Job Title: RPA Migration Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced RPA Migration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and migrate existing RPA processes to new platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives for RPA migration projects
- Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism
- Test and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Deploy RPA solutions to production environments and provide ongoing support
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for RPA migration projects
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the RPA space
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in RPA development and migration
- Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
