Job Title: Active Directory Services Specialist
Job Summary:
As an Active Directory Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Active Directory services for an organization. You will ensure the security, availability, and integrity of the Active Directory infrastructure, as well as provide technical support for users and systems administrators.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions
- Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory services to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Coordinate with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory services with other systems and applications
- Provide technical support for users, systems administrators, and helpdesk staff regarding Active Directory issues
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to Active Directory services
- Document and maintain accurate records of Active Directory configurations and changes
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Active Directory services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing Active Directory services in a large enterprise environment
- Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA: Windows Server or MCSE: Core Infrastructure
