Job title: Cisco CVP Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Cisco CVP Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing customer self-service applications using Cisco's Customer Voice Portal (CVP) technology. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex IVR and speech-enabled applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Designing and developing self-service applications using Cisco CVP technology
- Collaborating with the business and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Configuring and customizing CVP call flows, VXML scripts, and Java classes
- Testing and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the CVP development space
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Cisco CVP development
- Strong knowledge of VXML, Java, VoiceXML, and IVR technologies
- Experience with Cisco UCCE/ICM and CVP Call Studio
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
