Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Support Functional Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Oracle Cloud SCM Support Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance for the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) module. This individual will work closely with users to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of the SCM system.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide support for Oracle Cloud SCM module including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
2. Work closely with end-users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Design, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud SCM to meet business needs.
4. Conduct system testing and user training sessions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCM with other modules.
6. Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud SCM features and best practices.
7. Document support processes, configurations, and system changes.
8. Participate in project planning and implementation.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud SCM.
3. Strong understanding of SCM processes and best practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Oracle Cloud SCM certification is a plus.
