Job Title: Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the subscription lifecycle for Oracle Cloud services. This includes ensuring accurate invoicing, tracking usage, optimizing costs, and providing support to customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Manage the subscription lifecycle for Oracle Cloud services, including creating, activating, modifying, and terminating subscriptions.
2. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for cloud services.
3. Monitor and track usage to optimize costs and ensure customers are getting the most value from their subscriptions.
4. Provide support to customers regarding their Oracle Cloud subscriptions, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies in subscription management.
6. Stay up-to-date on Oracle Cloud products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud subscription management.
3. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud services and subscription models.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
