Job Title: Genesys IVR Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Genesys IVR Developer to join our team and assist in developing and maintaining interactive voice response (IVR) systems using the Genesys platform. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to design, develop, and integrate IVR solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline communication processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and design IVR applications using Genesys Composer

- Debug and troubleshoot IVR issues to ensure optimal performance

- Integrate IVR systems with CRM and other backend applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

- Monitor and maintain IVR systems to ensure system stability and scalability

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Genesys IVR development

- Proficiency in Genesys Composer, Genesys Framework, and Genesys SIP Server

- Strong understanding of telephony concepts and IVR best practices

- Experience with integrating IVR systems with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
