Job Title: IFS assyst - Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IFS assyst - ESM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the IFS assyst - ESM platform to improve service delivery and optimize business processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Configure and customize the IFS assyst platform to meet the organization's needs
- Implement ITIL best practices and standards within the ESM platform
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ESM platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ESM platform with other systems
- Develop training materials and provide training to end users
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with IFS assyst or similar ESM platforms
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience is a plus
