Job Title: Quadient Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Quadient Developer to join our team and work on creating and managing personalized customer communications through the Quadient Inspire platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Quadient Inspire, CCM software, and a strong understanding of customer communication workflows.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain templates and workflows within the Quadient Inspire platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery of personalized communications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the Quadient Inspire platform
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to customer communications and Quadient Inspire
- Provide training and support to other team members on Quadient Inspire usage and best practices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with Quadient Inspire or similar CCM software
- Strong understanding of customer communication processes and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
