Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Genesys Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Genesys cloud solutions to meet the needs of our organization. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that align with business goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and implement Genesys cloud solutions based on business requirements
- Configure and customize Genesys applications to optimize performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys cloud platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Genesys solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Genesys cloud infrastructure
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience working with Genesys cloud platform
- Strong knowledge of Genesys PureCloud, PureConnect, and PureEngage
- Experience with Genesys Cloud API integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Genesys certification is a plus
