Job Title: Appian Developer (Ex Vanguard)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Appian Developer with prior experience at Vanguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Appian solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient and effective Appian applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop Appian solutions using best practices and standards
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Appian applications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Appian applications
- Conduct system testing and performance tuning
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Appian development
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Appian applications, with prior experience at Vanguard
- Strong knowledge of Appian design patterns and best practices
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
